About Our Free Online Training Courses
Our first two training modules are now available. Each module consists of three brief and focused lessons on a specific patient safety topic. At the conclusion of each three-lesson module, you will have the opportunity to print a certificate of completion.
The first training module – Introduction to Patient Safety – focuses on the general concepts that are the foundation of all patient safety efforts.
The second training module –The Hospital Staff: Who they are, what they do, and how they can help you – provides a basic understanding of how hospital personnel are organized, and who answers to whom. Understanding the hospital hierarchy will assist you in communicating efficiently, asking the right questions at the appropriate time, and getting the help you need.
